Judiciary Country or Region Denmark Sourced From Resource Centre Cyberjustice and AI by CEPEJ

Domsdatabasen is the Danish court's judgment database. It offers public access to selected judgments. Before becoming public, the court makes use of an internal portal to anonymize the content of the judgment publications, where an NER AI system suggests text for anonymization. Once done, human employees review the content to assess its readiness for publication. The AI learns from corrections and additions made by employees to improve the anonymization process.
