PAO is a virtual assistant chatbot deployed by the Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil Distrital (DASCD) to enhance communication with the public. It answers user inquiries about the functioning of SIDEAP (Sistema de Información y Desarrollo del Estado de la Administración Pública) and the "Talento No Palanca" initiative. The AI tool operates 24/7, ensuring quick, real-time responses and improved accessibility to government services. PAO provides not only information but also access to educational resources, promoting continuous learning for public servants.
