Chat Super Transport

Public sector Colombia Service Provision and Delivery
The Colombian federal public service ("superintendencia") for transport designed its own chatbot to facilitate communication between the superintendencia and the public, including both individuals and businesses within the transportation sector. It provides real-time support for users seeking assistance with inquiries, complaints, and regulatory issues related to transportation. The Chat Virtual operates as an instant messaging service available through the Superintendencia’s website, allowing for direct communication with staff who can provide clear and accurate information. It was especially crucial during the COVID-19 pandemic as it enabled citizens to resolve issues without needing to visit in person, offering service continuity despite lockdowns. The chatbot handles general queries, complaints, and questions about transportation regulations.
