AnnA Minería is a digital platform developed by the Agencia Nacional de Minería (ANM) to streamline and automate mining title and contract management in Colombia. It combines a Business Process Management (BPM) system with a Geographic Information System (GIS) to ensure mining activities are conducted legally and sustainably, incorporating environmental data to prevent operations in protected areas. The platform reduces processing times and enhances accessibility for users to submit, track, and manage their mining applications securely and efficiently.
Data Validation

AI tools are employed to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data. They are used to cross-check and validate large datasets, which is crucial for maintaining reliable public records and databases.

Service Provision and Delivery

These tools enhance the delivery of public services by automating processes, improving citizen engagement, and personalizing services based on individual needs. They help in making public services more accessible and efficient.
